IMMUNIZATION NOTICE

Starting in the 2010-2011 school year the 6-12 grade student will be required by state law to have meningococcal vaccine (MCV4), and a Tdap booster (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) to attend school. Plus, 2 doses of varicella (chickenpox) vaccine on or after the first birthday separated by age-appropriate interval or written history of disease. Parental history of chickenpox disease is acceptable proof of immunity. A signed written statement from the parent/guardian indicating month and year of disease is sufficient.  This effects our 4th through 10th grade students of this school year.   Your child can be excluded from school if they are not in compliance of this law.

REPORT CARD GRADES

Any parents with questions about student grades are to contact the individual teacher first.  Teachers are always the first contact point with questions regarding grading procedures.

SNOW MAKE-UP DAY--FEBRUARY 15

Monday, February 15 is scheduled as a snow make-up day and school will be in session to make up for school cancelled on Thursday, January 21.
