IMMUNIZATION NOTICE

Starting in the 2010-2011 school year the 6-12 grade student will be required by state law to have meningococcal vaccine (MCV4), and a Tdap booster (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) to attend school. This effects our 5th through 11th grade students of this school year. Your child can be excluded from school if they are not in compliance of this law.
